昔馴染みの歯医者に定期的に検診で通っておりますが、奥歯にチト違和感が…「しばらく通ってね(^o^)」との指導が入り、何回か続けての保土ヶ谷通い_その１は、国道１号線沿いのラーメン屋＝いわみや＝になります。
しかし、先日行った中華堂で気になったのですが、何故か保土ヶ谷ではニンニクチャーハン／ガーリックチャーハンというのがメジャーというか、標準メニューにあるようなのです（謎） さて、土曜日のほぼ口開けなので店主からはぼんやりオーラが出ています(笑)まっ、ヨシとしてオーダーをいたします。あまり手際のよさが感じられないまま、遅くもなく早くもなく、後客より少々後で、まずはニララーメンが登場します。
比較的アッサリ目のスープに特徴のない麺が浸かっています。 麺、汁、具のソレゾレはは悪くはないし、ニラ炒めに十分なインパクトがあるので不満はありません。
続いてのガーリックチャーハンはニンニクの匂いがキチンと立っていますが、思ったほどのインパクトもなく翌日まで残るような危うさは感じられません。
パクパクといただき＆ゾゾッと啜り上げれば、ほどなく完食いたします。
両方とも普通盛りにしていたので、量的にはどちらかを大盛りにするか、餃子を添えるのがヨイのですが、そこまでしなくてもヨイかなぁ…再訪もビミョーだなぁ…というのが、食後の感想でありました(^_^;)
