保土ヶ谷駅 国道1号線沿い 保土ヶ谷橋交差点角にあります いわみやさんへ訪問して来ました(^-^)
ランチタイムラーメン500円が狙い目のお店です(^_^)
味玉ラーメン醤油 ランチタイム価格 600円を口頭にて注文。
物の5分程度で着丼。早い！
茶褐色の濁ったスープは、げんこつだしに魚介系だしの香りがプゥ〜んとするげんこつ魚介だしと醤油かえしの味がマイルドに調和しあっさりとした美味しいスープです(≧∀≦)
麺は細ストレート麺で加水低め優しい小麦感がありシコシコとした茹で加減で、スープとも良く合っていて美味しいです( ^ω^ )
具材のチャーシューは薄いながらも柔らかくジューシーで、味付けも良く美味しい(o^^o)
支那竹の量も十分で、シャキッとした歯応え、味共に良いですね(*´꒳`*)
味玉は半熟で黄身からは、かなり塩辛い味が溢れチョッと残念(^_^*)
のりはスープに溶け出さず風味も良く美味しかったです(^｡^)
水菜のシャキシャキ感が良いですね(^_−)−☆
げんこつ魚介系だしで、醤油かえしの塩分も控えめであっさりとしていて、スッキリ美味しい味玉ラーメンでした(๑>◡<๑)
