麺匠 いわみや＠保土ヶ谷2020年4月15日（水）。
この日は明日締め切りの確定申告のため、保土ヶ谷税務署へ。
コロナのために締切あとも随時、申告を受け入れてくれるそうです。
もともとは3月いっぱいでしたが、コロナでそれどころではなかったです・・・
無事、に申告を終えて、保土ヶ谷駅東口・4国道1号線沿いのお店で以前から気になっていたお店に行きました。
保土ヶ谷駅東口には戸塚方面に向かって、「情熱の薔薇」「麺と餃子の店 麺食堂」「櫻井中華そば店」「中華堂」とラーメン店が並ぶこととなりましたが、
最初にできたのはここですか。
2008年8月頃にできたみたいです。
名店の店主さんも行かれてましたね。
ここらへんには徳福もあったのか～
徳福って天王町のビブレ(イオンになり、現在取り壊し中）そばにあったけど、私には微妙な徳島ラーメンだった気がします。
チェーン店で今は伝丸があるところかな。

スープはあっさり豚骨と魚介みたいです。
煮干しが効いていて、鰹の風味もします。
こういうの好きですね。
麺は細麺か中細麺か失念してしまいましたが、美味しいです。
チャーシューもしっかり！
メンマ、ネギ、水菜、フライドガーリック。
いいカンジ。
チャーシューはしっとりタイプ、美味しいですね。
ご馳走様でした。
夜は飲みが中心かもですね。
昼からまったり飲まれている方もいらっしゃいました。
