保土ヶ谷駅って横須賀線止まるベットタウンなのに飲食店少なめ。
特にラーメンなんてほどが家くらいしかないじゃん。でもここは平日は夜のみ。日曜はランチやってて、ランチに訪問。
保土ヶ谷駅だから？客いないね。保土ヶ谷駅は飲食店には良くないのかな？
店内にやたらと煮込みラーメンの写真があり、大盛で。
なんだか炒めてるね！ジャンプ見てたから厨房見てないけど、中華鍋で煽って煮込むんかな？
出てきたラーメンは見た目は野菜が少なく、ん？って感じだった。でもメチャうまいよ。
《具》
もやし、かすかなニラ、端材チャーシュー、かすかなネギ。もやしラーメンみたい。あと生姜はおろし生姜かな？
《麺》
中細ストレート。普通の中華屋さんみたいな、特に特色ない麺。大盛だからだけど、量はかなり多い！大満足。
《スープ》
醤油ベースで、トロミがちょいあり。香味野菜の甘みも感じます。野菜はモヤシくらいだけど、たしかに煮込みラーメンって感じ。最初にかき回さないと、生姜が全体的に行き渡らないよ。
飲んでくと、どんどん癖になります。
夜は混むのかな？
保土ヶ谷駅は人多いのに、飲食店は本当少ない。
