２回目の訪問になります。
日曜日の夜開店直後に伺いましたが、並びは0で待ちなしでした。
メニューは醤油、塩、つけ麺とあり、前回は醤油を注文したので今回は塩にしてみました。
・特製中華そば(塩) ￥1,450
麺は店内の製麺室で作った自家製麺です。中太の縮れ麺で、つるつるモチっとした食感です。
スープは丸鶏や鶏ガラ、豚ガラの出汁をメインに使っているそうで、魚介の風味も少し感じました。
塩は天日干しした海塩を使用しているそうで、程よい塩加減と麺によく絡みついて美味しかったです。
醤油も美味しかったですが、塩も当たりでした。次回はつけ麺を食べてみようと思います。
