醤油も気になったけど、塩の特製ラーメンを注文。
気温も高かったので2人で1本のビール飲み待つことに。
小瓶で3種類のビールがあるので、その時の気分で選べます。
運ばれてきたラーメンは、唇がプルプルになるくらいしっかり脂はあるけど、それでも濃すぎず、スープも飲み干したくなる美味しさ。
チャーシューも分厚く食べ応えあります。
家系のガツンとしたのが好きな方は、薄く感じるかもしれませんが、一度は食べてみるのもアリ。
スープが無くなり次第終わってしまうので、オープン15分くらい前に着いたけど、すでに10人くらい並んでました。
店内から外を確認できるようになってるので、顧客同士のトラブルや近隣の迷惑になったりなどの防止対策がしっかりされてて安心できる。
