仕事帰りに軽く１杯♪…いや、今回は３杯突入(^^ゞ
天王町駅すぐの帷子公園に面した場所にあるビストロ ノッポさんを訪問しました。オープンキッチンのカウンター席とテーブル席からなる小ぢんまりとしたお店で、明るくてオサレな雰囲気。シェフもスタッフの皆さんも気さくで感じが良く、カウンター越しのシェフとの会話も楽しかったですね。以下に書いたとおり飲み物によってはハッピーアワーがあるので、夕方早めに行くとお得かもです。
今回注文したのは、イワシのマリネ６５０円、菜の花のアーリオオーリオ６５０円、ラム肉のバジリコソテー８５０円。対するアルコールは、１８時半までのハッピーアワーがあり、グラススパークリングワイン、グラスワインの白、赤が各４００円だったので、１杯ずつ頂きました。これに消費税が加算されます。
イワシのマリネ
思っていたよりもボリュームがあったのが嬉しい♪ 豊かなオイリー感で、フヌイユの芳香や松の実がいいアクセントを醸し出しています。
菜の花のアーリオオーリオ
おすすめメニューのリストにあって、旬だなぁと思い注文しました。ほろ苦さもほど良く、味的にも緑のトーンが濃厚で、にんにくも結構使われているので香りも良い１品。
ラム肉のバジリコソテー
ラムとトマト（またこの組み合わせが合うんですよね~）をソテーしてバジルソースを纏わせてあります。マスタードも添えられていて、羊さん特有のクセも上手く抑えてあるし、重たくないところが見事ですね。
