New menu items have been added!
It's been a while since I last visited. Whenever it gets cold, I always come here. Because it's warm ^_^ Oh, the menu has changed! It's new - to be honest, I was getting a little tired of it (^^;; I'm not sure about the menu name, but Chicken breast and avocado The sticky texture of the avocado goes well with the refreshing taste of the chicken! Grilled flying fish It's huge (lol) It's filling - quite delicious! I sprinkled Japanese pepper on the grilled chicken wings... Oh no, there's no Japanese pepper at all ^_^; When I opened the lid, I was like, oh no, it's not even opened (lol) Thank goodness - it's fresh (lol) A bottle of wine is also reasonably priced at 1200 yen. There are also snacks that go well with wine, such as Ajillo and crackers! They even have baguettes ^_^ They are conscious of Kyushu cuisine, but there is a different lineup, so it looks like I'll be able to enjoy it again.
A delicious hotpot in collaboration with Gucci Yuzo!
"Blooming Mentaiko Gucci Yuzu Hotpot!" Hmm, the name really is quite unique (lol) Including the number of times since last year, I've had this hotpot about six times (lol) In the cold season, it's all about ice-cold beer and hotpot in a warm restaurant! Chinese cabbage, mizuna, green onions, shimeji mushrooms, tofu, fried tofu, wakame seaweed, chicken and mentaiko! Even though it's full of ingredients, I think it's only about 700 yen per portion. So reasonably priced~ I light the fire and bring it to a boil. Just that fire! Is enough to warm you up (lol) The mentaiko's faint pink color looks delicious, like a blooming flower!! Now, I add in plenty of yuzu~ Oh, the aroma of yuzu spreads all at once~ My appetite increases instantly~ The flavor of the broth is just right, and it's a great hotpot for a body lacking in vegetables! The chicken also adds protein (lol) And then, mentaiko! The saltiness and popping texture is great! The combination of mentaiko is just what you'd expect from Gucci Yuzo! (lol) This delicious hotpot goes well with alcohol! Hotpot is the best on cold nights. It's healthy too~~ But the female staff here are working hard in bare feet... (It's their uniform!) Come to think of it, when I was younger I didn't even need to wear tights (lol)
The fried tofu from Tochio was delicious.
I haven't been here for over a year and a half. Actually, a girl I know started working here part-time, so I decided to drop by without knowing if she was there or not. Ah, she's here! Her cheerful "Welcome~~" voice and unchanged smile. I'm glad she looks healthy! The atmosphere and menu of the restaurant have changed. Now they are offering Niigata dishes for a limited time. Ah, Tochio fried tofu! I have to try this! I ordered it plain. It was served with spring onions, bonito flakes, and ginger. I poured a little soy sauce on it. The fried tofu was plump and big. It was lighter inside than the fried tofu from Fukui that I had eaten at another restaurant before, and it didn't feel oily, so it went well with wine (lol) Delicious! Fried chicken cartilage A little too fried? ! It was fragrant, but hard... (lol) I would be happy if I could enjoy the texture of the cartilage a little more. Corn chijimi (ordered by the boss) I don't like floury foods that much, so please enjoy it by yourself! But the chijimi that was brought out was more like Okonomiyaki than chijimi?! (lol) The portion was so large that I had to eat it too... The batter was thick and so floury (lol) It felt like I was eating wheat flour... No, they should make it thinner! The menu has increased and there are different items, but it feels a bit lonely... The girl I know is as friendly as ever, but... I'll drop in every now and then. ************************************ I've been here for the first time in 3 months. As soon as I entered the restaurant, a male staff member greeted me with a cheerful "Welcome!" "Huh? Has the atmosphere changed? The menu has changed a bit too! Ah, the menu looks more delicious than before. The female staff are still as lively and smiling as ever. First, the staff member recommended the limited-edition grilled seaweed. It was soft and delicious. It went really well with yuzu pepper. It also came with a liver pate baguette. It goes well with wine. I also like the slightly Japanese flavor! I was surprised when he saw that there was still some cabbage and cucumber left over from the appetizer, and he said, "We can arrange it from three types. What do you think?" Oh, a service that wasn't there before! I ordered plum salad. The plums were chopped into small pieces and mixed with sesame seeds and sesame oil. It was a bit like namul and delicious. This service is great. Grilled cod roe I asked for it to be cooked half-cooked inside, and it was grilled just right. However, the radish didn't really go well with it, did it? This is just how I feel. On the way out, we were given some miso to dip the vegetables served with the meal as a souvenir?! The next day, we put it in Onigiri straight away, and wow, they turned out really tasty. (There's a bit of garlic in them.) By the time we left, Onigiri was full! It's busier than before. I guess the efforts of the restaurant are really paying off after all. Thank you for the meal. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ I visited again on March 27th. It seems like there are more lovely girls on staff now than when they first opened. As soon as I entered the restaurant this time, a staff member who was there last time said, "Oh, so you've come again. Thank you! " I was so happy that she remembered me. And she's really cute, with a small face... (I know it's weird for me to say this), but when the family next to us ordered a hot pot and were about to place the stove on the table, she said, "We have a small child, so we'll put it over here." She carefully moved it to the other side of the table where the child couldn't reach. What a great idea! This may be a normal thing to do, but it's rare to see a scene like this. I wonder if it's often the customers themselves who move around?? This time I ordered pork shabu salad, tonpeiyaki, and salted fried chicken. Everything was delicious! The atmosphere of the restaurant is gradually improving since it opened. I'll come again!! ************************************************************** Visited again on January 24th I had the yellowtail with radish. The radish was soft, and the yellowtail was well-seasoned and delicious. I think it would be best if it was a little hotter. The natto and tuna are mixed together and eaten, and the instructions said to add mustard along with them. Just a word of warning. It's best not to add them together from the start! It's spicy~ But the amount of ingredients and spring onions is GOOD. It tastes better if you let it sit for a while after mixing. To wash it down, they gave me a complimentary ice cream? This was a service they didn't have last time. I'm a little happy. But then they explain the rank-up point card to the chief and section manager. Hmm, I'm a little depressed. But I feel like there are more nice staff members than before. First visit I knew they had opened, but the name is too similar to T Farm, so I didn't go there. The staff at T Farm are so friendly that I didn't have a good impression of them, like "They're not my friends"... Oh, sorry. This is Yamauchi Farm, right? The female staff member who called out to me on the first floor of the building was very nice (not in a contrived way), so I ended up visiting!! The inside of the store was bright and the heating was good: it was very cold yesterday: so I was able to take a breather. I looked at the menu and decided on the homemade yellowtail and radish! However, when I ordered, they said they were sold out for the day... It was still around 6pm... Let's get back to it, and we ordered the grilled pork, chicken with lots of green onions, and satsumaage. The grilled pork was well seasoned and very delicious. The appetizer was good. We ate the cabbage and cucumber with homemade miso. This is good! What??? The customer who came later was given the yellowtail and daikon. Why, why? When we asked, they said they couldn't input the number when we ordered earlier. Well, it can't be helped, but it's still not a good feeling. The food is delicious, but I'm a little concerned about the cost. The biggest fact! When they explained the membership card to us, it was the same as Mr. T??? Wow, that's a bit too much. Chief, section manager, department manager... I guess those who accept it will accept it. Well, don't be too serious. The toilets are clean and the food is delicious... I'll definitely visit again!

That means it would be better to order two servings... (lol) But I want to eat other things too (^^;; The carpaccio is also chicken. I've been eating a lot of chicken lately (lol) Well, it's healthy and I'm getting some protein ^_^ This hotpot also has gizzards and thigh and breast meat? Anyway, there's about three kinds of meat in it, and even though vegetables are expensive, there's plenty (^O^)/ I always end up stopping in when it gets cold. The inside of the restaurant is warm, so my feet are warm too. After all, cold beer and wine tastes better in a warm restaurant (lol)
