気軽にゆったりと味わえる本場・本格のイタリアン
当店シェフは北イタリア ヴェローナのレストラン12 APOSTLI（ドーディッチ・アポストリ）にて修行を積み、オーナーより店名をゆずり受けました。 |
ランチをいただいてます。
瀬谷駅から徒歩5分。
居酒屋風のすこしさみしい白い外観ビル2階にあります。
シェフは1人。なのに店内2割くらいだとするするすみやかに
料理出てきます。8割超えだとゆったりになるもよう。
土曜日は、12時半ごろから急増。8割超。
魚介類のパスタ。抜群です。
ごろりと入ったほたては、味濃厚。忘れられません。
前菜を食べたのは5月と9月。
ローストビーフは両方ありつつも、ソースが違いました。
5月バルサミコ。9月ごま？
5月のチキンコンソメ煮。あまりにやわらかジューシ。
たまらず給仕さんに伺ったところ、作り方のポイントを教えてもらえました♪
ピザを持ち帰りした際、別途箱代100円だてじゃないです。
仕方なく箱を真横に立てても中身無事でした。
ミックス・ピザ \1,200 エビの歯ごたえや絶妙な香ばしさ。絶品です。
一番好きなのは、そぼくなミニパン。

こんもりまんまる月見団子のよう。
外はカリッ。中はもっちもち。
味はこっくり。パスタソースを底上げする力強い味わい。
お土産に100個欲しい！（笑）
Bランチのパンは、基本バケットのようです。
丸パン。追加してでも食べる価値あります。
選べるパスタやデザート付、Bランチ \1,800
パスタの量は、一般的な量の半分に近いくらい、少ないと思います。
さりながらこの価格でこのお味は、近くに引っ越したいくらい美味しいです。
