気軽にゆったりと味わえる本場・本格のイタリアン
当店シェフは北イタリア ヴェローナのレストラン12 APOSTLI（ドーディッチ・アポストリ）にて修行を積み、オーナーより店名をゆずり受けました。 |
食べログで「瀬谷駅・イタリアン」で検索すると、このお店とサイゼリヤだけが表示されます。瀬谷駅近辺の唯一のイタリアンのお店ということで気にしていたのですが、緊急事態宣言中はお休みしていたようです。
今回ようやく伺うことが出来ました。
時刻は12時20分です。店内に入ると、先客は一人だけです。奥の4人掛けの席に座り、ランチメニューを眺めます。
注文したのは、サラダ・ドリンクが付く「Aランチ：1,100円」。パスタは「フィットチーネの生ハムとほうれん草入り生クリームあえ」を選び、ドリンクは、アイスカフェラテを食前にお願いしました。
先客は既に食事中のため、すぐに提供されると思っていたのですが、アイスカフェラテが提供されたのが注文から10分後。そして、パスタは更に10分後、サラダと一緒に登場です。殆どのレビューで指摘されているのですが、調理が遅いのは間違いありません。更に、大声での私語も気になります。これは、建物の造りの問題だと思うのですが、相鉄電車の音と振動が結構大きく伝わってくるのも残念でした。
ただ、パスタは美味しかったです。生ハムの量もちょうど良く、レベルの高いパスタでした。
