当店シェフは北イタリア ヴェローナのレストラン12 APOSTLI（ドーディッチ・アポストリ）にて修行を積み、オーナーより店名をゆずり受けました。 |
瀬谷の逸品はモノだけではなく、店舗での認定もあります。
今日は瀬谷の12 APOSTOLI（ドーティッチ・アポストリー）にやってきました♪
環状4号と相鉄が交わる辺り・・・あっ、あそこですね。2Fなのね。
Aランチをオーダーすると、サラダが出てきました。
ふわっとしてて、ビネガーがほんのり効いてて美味しいです。
あたしの経験では、こんなサラダを出してくれるお店は、美味しいのよね～。
名前は忘れちゃいましたが、ワタリガニのパスタですが・・・す～っごく美味しいです♪
パスタ全体にワタリガニの甘みと香りが行き渡っていて、とても美味しいです。
ワタリガニを何かに漬けてる？よく分かりませんが、ワタリガニの風味が出るようにしているのかな？
パスタ自体も、いい香りで美味しいです。
しっかりとした味のコーヒーも美味しいです。
瀬谷でこんなに美味しいパスタをいただけるなんて・・・さすが瀬谷の逸品ですね。
