気軽にゆったりと味わえる本場・本格のイタリアン
当店シェフは北イタリア ヴェローナのレストラン12 APOSTLI（ドーディッチ・アポストリ）にて修行を積み、オーナーより店名をゆずり受けました。 |
年若い知人が新生活を北の大地でスタートするとの事。当分会えないね。と滅多に訪れない瀬谷の地に。随分と駅周辺は変わりましたが、こちらのお店は変わらず。です。そして、20年位前に一度伺ってます。それなりに歴史を刻んでいる風情ではありますが、清潔感のあふれる店内。心地良いです。さあ、ワインで乾杯。そしてオードブル。イタリア料理のオードブルは多種類で楽しいです。ただもう少し味の個性を出しても良いのでは。と思います。次のトリッパ、イカ墨はマンマの味。嬉しく頂きました。ライスコロッケは優しい味です。その後も盛り沢山の料理。楽しみました。
希望に満ちた若者と時間を共有する事がこちらにもパワーが充電される。という事を実感しました。人生の巡り合いに乾杯です。
