前から気になっていたお店に家族の誕生日祝いでランチに伺いました。
シェフのお任せスペシャルコース。
他のテーブルも同じものをオーダーされていました。
ホールは1名で回されていたので時間がかかるかなぁと心配してましたが、私達のペースを見つつそつなく対応してくださり有り難かったです！
料理はどれもボリューム満点。ただし、大味ではなくどれも本当に丁寧に作られているし、少しアレンジが効いていて本当に美味しかったです。
特に、鹿のお肉にかけられていたベリーソースが絶妙でした。
お肉は鹿と牛を少しずつ出してくださるのも良かったです。
ドリンクも珍しいものが揃っていて、コメントが手書きで添えてあったり素敵です。
駅から遠いので車で行ったら楽だなぁと思いつつ、遠くてもまたお邪魔したいです。
