仕事で、相鉄線・希望ヶ丘駅へ。 そしてランチタイム！！ 創作和食・ステーキ・ジンギスカン《ご飯酒場ファム》へ行ったよ♪普通は行きません。 相鉄線希望ヶ丘駅・・・
仕事があったので、初めて行きました〜 と同時に、初めて知りました〜 希望ヶ丘駅の存在を・・・（笑）
二俣川といえば・・・ 学生時代からお世話になってきた場所です（笑）
運転試験場がある場所で・・・ 例えば、違反講習とか・・・
何度来たかわかりませんが・・・ 同じエリアにあるのが希望ヶ丘駅。

サブタイトルに、創作和食、ステーキ、ジンギスカンと書いてある摩訶不思議なお店・・・
古い商店街の一角の２階にありました。立て看板が奥に引っ込んでいて、ランチ営業しているのか一目でわからない状態・・・。
不安な気持ちで階段を上がる・・・ なんか女性客の賑やかな声が上から降ってくる・・・
迷ってる時間もないので、思い切って飛び込む。
店内に入ると、窓際の席に、賑やかな声の主が・・・
近くのマダムたちだろうか・・・ お昼からお酒で宴会していた（笑）
ちなみに、酒場という名前だけど、店内は禁煙だった。
ランチは数種類あったけど、お店のサブタイトルにステーキとあれば・・・
当然、ステーキランチ♪ ９８０円♪
しばらくすると・・・ ランチセットにしては、少し多めのサラダ。
見た目はシーザーサラダ。どう考えても。 食べ始めると、シーザーサラダ。どう考えても。でも・・・ なんだろう、トッピングに乗っているのは・・・！！ 食べてみて脳の中で分析する・・・
ん？？？ しっ 柴漬け？？？ えーーー なんで、こんなにシーザーサラダとマッチングするの（笑） 面白いし、悪くない！！ 美味しサラダでした。
そして、メインのステーキが。 盛りつけも美しい。
肉の真ん中が薄いピンク色で、焼き加減も良さそう！！
ん・・・ なんか酸っぱい香りがする・・・ ステーキソースにしては色が濃い・・・
食べてみる・・・ 安いステーキランチなのに肉が軟らかく美味しい・・・
でも。。。酸っぱい・・・
バルサミコ？？？ もろみ？？？ ん・・・ どっちなんだろう・・・
いずれにしても、少し、酸味を強く感じた。
もう少し、酸味を抑えてもいいんじゃないかな・・・ この強さだと、たぶん好みが分かれるかもね。 でも、全体的には、レベル高いかも。
ちなみに、ランチには、ウーロン茶、アイスコーヒー、アイスティーのドリンクバーがセットされてました。
特に店内の内装にこだわっているわけでもなく、雰囲気がいいわけでもなく、いわゆる普通にある飲食店の雰囲気だけど・・・
料理には、何か、軸足というか、こだわりというか・・・ そういうものを感じさせるお店。
これは、地元の人々がもっと通って、オーナーと料理談義をしながら、一緒に料理を進化させたらいいのでは。 このお店も、今後の伸び幅を期待できるお店。
地元の商店街は、地元の住民が守っていって欲しいな・・・。
気づいたら・・・ 商店街が消滅・・・ なんて手遅れにならないように。
正直、チェーン店ばかり行っちゃダメ。 個性のある地元のお店を、再発見してね♪ そして大切に育ててね。 商店街が盛んだった街で生まれ、商店街を失っていった街で育った僕は、心からそう願います。
