Apparently it's best steamed over vegetables. Start with salt, pepper, and cumin chili pepper at the table. Then with fruity sauce. The meat is fresh and tastes great. ◆Black sheep lamb fillet (Suffolk) set 1,880 yen including tax I like that they take the time to add oil, salt and pepper to the dish. This is also outstanding. ◆Lamb heart 580 yen including tax A dish with a wonderful chewy texture. ◆Lamb chorizo 680 yen including tax The taste was quite spicy so it was good. ◆Marinated Lamb 968 yen including tax The taste was well soaked and the highball went well. ◆Phantom Lamb Tongue 880 yen including tax I love tongue and have eaten many kinds of it, but this was my first time trying lamb tongue. The arrangement was a great success. In addition to the food, the customer service from owner Sasaki (commonly known as Nari-chan) was amazing. It was nice to have a TV so I could relax.
