3月21日に、瀬谷の北新という所に新店がオープンしました。場所は、環状4号店と中原街道が交わる下瀬谷二丁目交差点のすぐ側。ちょうどFujiスーパーの裏の駐在所の並び。こちらは「BISTRO樹」といいます。以前「ジョイフル」と言うカフェがあった場所です。お店に向かってみると開店祝いの花が飾られていました。グランドオープンの看板も立てられています。専用の駐車場があり、3台停められます。
入店すると沢山のお客さんが入っていました。奥のテーブルに案内されます。まずは卓上のメニューを拝見。メニューはAからEの5種類。この中からBの「本日のポークランチ」1,300円をお願いしました。食事をするとドリンクが格安で頂けるので「アイスコーヒー」100円をお願いしました。先にアイスコーヒーが出されます。次にスープとサラダが出されました。スープはミネストローネ風。これはお替わりができます。サラダはレタス、コーンなどが入っていて、ドレッシングが美味しいです。
店内はL字方になっていて、手前のフロアと奥のフロアに間仕切りがあります。しばらく待ってメインとライスが出されました。メインのポークは中々大きな物で、ソースがタップリかかっています。付け合せは小松菜とキノコをソテーした物。ポークは柔らかいので、ナイフで簡単に切れます。ソースには粒マスタードが使われていて、味は少々濃いめ。しかし随分とボリュームのあるポークですね。付け合せのもうひとつは、ポテトサラダのパン粉焼きでした。ライスは適量で、お替わりもできますがやめておきました。住宅街の中のお店で、地域の人気店になるでしょうね。
