休日のランチに美味しいと評判のこちらにお伺いしました。
ランチメニューからハンバーグをパンで頼みました。前菜としてサラダ、カップスープが出されます。サラダは人参のドレッシングかな。スープは野菜のポタージュ。おかわりができるそうです。
野菜のポタージュはとても優しい味で、野菜の自然な甘みを感じます。
メインのハンバーグが運ばれます。旬の筍を使ったソテー、筍のサラダ、キッシュが付け合わせとして色を添えてます。ハンバーグに一口。肉汁が溢れます。良い肉を使っていることが分かります。丁寧に調理もされています。そしてドミソースがどっしりとしていて、このハンバーグとよく調和しています。ハンバーグの肉の旨さを余すところなく引き出す役割に徹しています。今まで食べたハンバーグの中で3本の指に入る美味しさです。
あっという間に完食。
料理の味に反比例して少し残念なのが、給仕の方のお言葉が少々つっけんどんに感じたことです。悪気がないことは分かりますが、美味しいお料理にはそぐわないかと。
