With the opening of the Tokyu-Sotetsu Direct Line, my Tabelog activities have come to regularly haunt the Sotetsu line, but on this day, which was blessed with good weather during the rainy season, I went to Midorientoshi Station on the Sotetsu Izumino Line. For lunch on this day, I visited this soba Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), which is not far from Midorientoshi Station. Our shop is operated by Sohi Co., Ltd. In addition to our shop, we operate "[A: 14008615, Itasoba Sohi]" in Bashamichi and operate two stores, but our shop opened in December 2015 (Heisei 27) and seems to be a store attracted by Sotetsu Holdings Co., Ltd., which is the holding company of the Sotetsu Group. Looking at the press release of Sotetsu Holdings, it seems that the management entity is the company, so it seems more appropriate to see Sohi Co., Ltd. as a company under the umbrella of the Sotetsu Group, rather than attracting it. Sotetsu Holdings Co., Ltd. has a track record of opening a Restaurants store in front of Yayodai Station in front of Yayodai Station as the first store to be invited in December 2014, and it seems that our store was the second store to be invited at that time. Our shop is located under the Sotetsu Line overpass on the south side of Midorientoshi Station. Our store has a Tabelog rating (8 years old, 26 reviews, 3.22 points), and Tabelog I thought it would not be a very crowded store because it is a paid member store, but surprisingly, when I visited a little before 11:30 a.m., there were already 10 people lined up at the store. The shop opens at exactly 11:30 a.m., and you will be guided into the store in order. The restaurant has a capacity of 26 seats, including 6 counter seats and 20 table seats. restaurant According to the information, there are 32 seats, but it seems that they have been thinned out. As expected, all the customers in line were able to take their seats for the first round, but there were also customers who followed, and it was almost full around 11:35. I was directed to a counter seat. On the tabletop, there are lunch menus, standard menus, one-dish dishes, seasonal recommended menus, etc. The soba menu is bullish at @ 850 yen for a single dish of soba noodles. Chilled nuki soba noodles are @ 1,210 yen, and kakiage Tempura soba noodles are @ 1,430 yen, so they are quite expensive. Compared to the single menu, the lunch menu is a little cheaper, with a set of Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) and soba noodles @ 1,400 yen, and a soba lunch (assorted soba + Tempura) @ 3,600 yen for 2 servings. I can't say that this is a good price, though. When ordering, I decided to choose a menu that seemed to be as cost-effective as possible, so I made a set of Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) and soba @ 1,400 yen. For soba noodles, I choose cold soba noodles. After about 12-13 minutes of waiting, the order was served. Soba noodles are placed on a round plate with a colander laid out on it. It is a smooth and quite fresh soba noodle, and the flavor of soba is firm. Not bad, right? The freshness of the condiments wasabi and green onions is also good, and although the price @ 850 yen is high, I think it comes with a certain quality. The Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) is a five-point Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) of shrimp, squid, eggplant, bell pepper, and nori, so it is superior in both quality and quantity to the image of a mini Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) set on soba noodles. It is supposed to be fried in sesame oil, and the savory and fried freshly fried Tempura is very tasty. The Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) sauce is a little sweet, but this isn't bad. At the end, soba noodles were served, so I poured it into a Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) bowl and drank it with a little dipping sauce. This set of soba noodles and Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) seems to be a reasonable price @ 600 yen to @700円 at a standing soba restaurant, @ 900 yen to @ 1,000 yen at a chain casual soba specialty store, and @ 1,400 yen is expensive, but the quality of soba noodles and Ten-don (tempura rice bowl), the atmosphere of the store and the customer service are quite wonderful. Overall, I think it was reasonably satisfying. In fact, there are three soba shops with similar Tabelog ratings around Midorientoshi Station (the other two are [A: 14019116, Miyaji] = 3.26 points and [A: 14034257, Soba Chaya Yokota] = 3.12), so I was quite confused about which one to choose. In the end, the fact that there were negative reviews for stores other than our store was the deciding factor that made us inferior, but in the end, I feel that it was the right decision to decide on our store.
