マイルドかな
ラーメン並とネギを注文。
お好みは、濃いめのみ。
それでもマイルドだったな〜。
もう少し濃いめでも個人的にはOKな感じでした。
ネギはシャキシャキで、並盛りだと足りなかったな。
チャーシュー麺中盛りか、ごはん追加しても良かったかも。
ノリが3枚乗ってたのは、嬉しい限りでした。

前回と同様に、ラーメン並にネギでお好みは濃いめのみ注文。
接客が丁寧で好印象。
しっかりと味が濃くて、ネギや海苔との相性が良い。前より濃く感じたのは、自分の体調が影響してるのかも。
チャーシューは肉厚なのに柔らかくてジューシー。
やはりライスを頼めば良かったと思いながら、スープ飲み干して完食しました。
