日曜日開店直後に家族３人で行く。
すでに自販機行列ができていて、カウンターはほぼ満席に近い。
３人だったためテーブルに着く許可が出た、ラッキー
待つこと10分、脂少なめ・ノリ増しが到着。
年齢のせいもあるが、脂少なめの方がスープの味がダイレクトに伝わる気がする。
コクがあるがしつこくなく臭みが一切ないスープは抜群だ。
麺は家系のごく普通の中太麺だが、もも肉のチャーシューは適度な柔らかさでジューシーに仕上がっていて美味しい。
さすが人気店だけのことはある。
やたらにトッピングを勧めないシンプルなメニューは味への自信の表れなのだろう。
