ラーメン半蔵訪問！久しぶりの家系、やや乳化してマイルドなスープと中太(カタメ)の麺の相性は流石秀逸でした！味玉も乗って嬉しい！出川さんの実家の海苔も風味豊かで◎オススメです。
皮肉を込めて、チャーシューのそれが壱八家だな
ただ味は壱八より好み
特製ラーメン920円＋金麦小ジョッキにしたんだけど、普通のラーメンにした方がその店の家系を味わえると後から思ってしまった
また食べに来ます
ねぎ塩ラーメンにうずらトッピングしました。固め、油少なめでオーダー、とてもおいしく店員さんの感じもよかったです。
並盛、味薄め、油少なめ、キクラゲ、野菜、海苔増し、B玉をトッピング。
しばらく来店してませんでしたが味は安定しております。
いろいろ不機嫌な連れをなだめつつ、ご機嫌を取るために半蔵へ( ´-ω-)

安定した味です継続できる仕上がりですね。今回は塩で喰らいました❗
いつもの半蔵並に海苔増、キクラゲ増、B 玉を入れてみました。薄めの味に胡麻と豆板醤を入れて食べると旨し❗
今回は塩ベースの麺を喰らいました。やはりここはキクラゲが合います❗
木耳をスープに絡めると遊びのある味になります。
家系の中では大分美味い。
麺が美味い。
