平日20時半ごろ訪問
店内はほぼ満席状態であった。東戸塚は極端にラーメン店が少ないため、駅からやや離れてはいるが、特に仕事帰りのサラリーマンなどの需要をほぼ一手に吸収しているのだろうか。
塩・味噌・背脂・つけ麺など様々な種類のメニューがあったが、まずはノーマルのらーめんを選択。
【味】
⚪︎麺
中細ストレート もちもち？というかツルツル系の食感なので、個人的には硬めオーダーが良いと思った。
⚪︎スープ
おそらく鶏油が結構浮いていたが、スープ自体は比較的さっぱりで幅広い客層に受けが良いだろう
個人的にはこちらも濃いめに変更が良いと思った。

チャーシュー：小ぶり1枚だが肉肉しい
ノリ：3枚
また長ネギや味玉(ハーフ)がデフォルトで入っているのは嬉しいポイントであった
【サービス】
ホールの女性スタッフはか細い声だったが、厨房のスタッフからはさりげない気配りが感じられた。
卓上調味料はにんにく、おろし生姜、胡椒、ゴマ、豆板醤、ふりかけなど幅広く揃っている。特にゴマはさっぱりスープに風味が加わり良い味変だと感じた。
箱ティッシュ各卓に完備
家系の基本は確実に押さえつつ、ややあっさり感があるためある意味でお客さんを選ばないのではないか。
昨今の値上げラッシュの中でも基本のらーめんはギリギリ700円台と踏ん張っているので、このまま頑張って欲しいです。
