休日の今日は錦糸町に所用があり出掛けました。途中で昼食をとるために戸塚駅で下車です。トツカーナ1階にある喜多方ラーメンのお店に行きたかったのですが、12時過ぎ店頭にはウェイティングの列が。並ぶことが嫌いな私は街に出ました。
古くからありながら一度も伺ったことのないこちらに。やはり麺類を食べたくて。トツカーナを出て左手に2分くらい。駅からだと建物の存在が見えにくい。
店頭にランチメニューのホワイトボードがありますので、そちらで決めて入店です。
店内は、比較的空いています。
入口近くの4名ボックスに案内されました。
注文は、五目そば+半チャーハン800円(税込)
やはり五目そばになってしまいます。
提供まで15分くらいは掛かったでしょうか。お膳に乗って提供されました。
まず、五目そばのスープを。見た目は塩味のスープ。一瞬、薄い、味がしないと感じましたが、それは誤り。飲み進めると奥深い優しい味が身体に染みてきます。油膜もないきれいなスープ。また、麺が極細です。ほぼ素麺と言っても良いくらい。でもスープとの相性は良好です。
具は、白菜、人参、小松菜、もやし、筍、袋茸水煮、マッシュルーム水煮、木耳、ヤングコーン、豚コマ。少量の油で炒め煮でしょう。もしかしたら茹でたのかも？というくらいさっぱり。私は嫌いではありませんが、ちょっと異端かもしれません。残念なのは、具の総量が少ないこと。半チャーハンと合わせて十分な量ではありますが。
半チャーハン。通常チャーハンの7割くらいの量はあります。こちらは久しぶりに美味しいチャーハン。ラードを使っての炒めに思いました。具は、焼豚、卵、ネギをきっちり惜し気もなく使っています。王道の素晴らしいもの。
私は、五目そばのスープを結構いただいたため、チャーハンを少し残すことに。申し訳ありません。
搾菜は塩加減がバッチリ。美味しかった。
デザートの杏仁豆腐は、やや薄めの味ですが、自家製でしょう。
昼食をいただいて、一度夜に伺いたいと。機会を作りましょう。
