戸塚駅西口再開発の前からある本格中華料理のお店です。
店内は2階建てで席数180席、1階は気軽に利用できるテーブル席
2階はテーブル席・座敷席・個室と使い勝手のいいお店です。
肝心の料理は、大衆的な一品料理から本格的コース料理までメニューは豊富です。
どの料理もシッカリとした味付けですが濃すぎる訳ではありませんし、油も必要最低限と言った感じです、ボリュームはどの料理も普通の大盛りなみで価格もお手頃です。
チャーハンは具材・味付けはシンプルで、パラッとシットリ系のチャーハンです。
写真料理はお皿が大きいので大盛り感弱めですが、一品で満足出来ます。
連れの中華丼は醤油系の味付けでシンプルながらボリュームがあります。
ビールのつまみで注文した春巻きはサクッとした皮とトロっとした具材がとても美味しい♪
お通しで出てきた、塩ピーナッツが懐かしい！
昔は色んなお店で塩ピーナッツの販売機がテーブルに置いてあったけど、最近の人は知らないだろうな～食べだすと止まらないんだよな～
