京都生まれの名代とんかつ。
食に対して厳しく、洗練された土地、京都その中で、とんかつ一筋に追求してきた「かつくら」。 |
いつも並んでいるお店なので早めに行ってみましたがすでに店内はお客様が結構います。
入店して数分後には待ち客が。
季節がらなので牡蠣が食べたくて『牡蠣フライとヒレカツ80g』¥2280を注文。カツのグラムによって金額は変わります。
ヒレカツは普通でしたがお味噌汁が独特、甘味があり少しのトロミ出されたお茶も焙煎が強いのか香りが強かったですね。
