所用のため午前中で仕事を終え、地元へとんぼ返り。若干遅い昼をこちらで頂くことにしました。
ランチタイムのピークを過ぎた１３時台の入店だったので、お客さんはまばらで、店内はテーブル席のみならずカウンター席もあり、そちらへどうぞとのこと。因みにホールは中国の方と思しき女性が担当されており、訪問日はマイレビュアー様や先行レビュアーの方々が書かれているチャイナドレスではなく普段着でしたね(^^;
しかしまぁ、定食メニューの種類がすんごい多いのは魅力的ですね~。今回注文したのは、ランチメニューの方からおすすめとあった冷しタンタン麺&半チャーハン８５０円。スープ、デザート付き。
冷しタンタン麺は、麺自体は中細でコシはまずまず、胡麻風味のスープに挽肉やたっぷりのレタスと水菜。加えてトマトが２きれ。挽肉やスープの辛味はすんごくマイルドですね。食べ終わるころに辛さが舌にやや蓄積されたかなぁという感じ。なので、トータルで見るとかなりあっさりとした夏らしい１品。
半チャーハンは、ご飯自体はしっとり系で旨味も乗っています。具の中では、肉系は叉焼ではなくハムが使われていました。これに玉子と葱もというラインナップ。
杏仁豆腐はフルーツ系のものは入ってなくて徹頭徹尾、ザ・杏仁豆腐。シロップの甘味は抑制されてる感じ。
