最近地元でランチすることもぽつぽつとありますが、今回はラピス２の地下１階へ。
ビルに入ったところで、まず目に飛び込んで来たのがこちらのお店のランチのボード。よく見ると、ん(・・? 中国料理店なんだけど味噌ラーメンがあるゾ(@_@) と何だかそれが面白そうだったので、即決で入店。
注文したのは、野菜たっぷり味噌ラーメン＋小チャーハン７００円。ザーサイ、杏仁豆腐付き。これに消費税が加算されます。
味噌ラーメンの麺自体は細麺でコシがあり、つるりとした喉越し。スープはにんにく味噌の風味豊かで、ヴィジュアル的には唐辛子の辛さが結構あるように見えますが、自分的にはかなり柔和で抑制した辛味。そういう意味では上手くバランス取れているのかもしれませんね。具の方は野菜がキャベツ、人参、もやし、ニラでメニュー名のとおりたっぷり。他にはチャーシューも２枚入っています。
小チャーハンは作り置きではあるのですが、パラパラ感も残っているし、このメニューではやはり味噌ラーメンの方が主役でしょうから、まぁよしとしましょう。
