サンラータン麺
戸塚で昼食ならば麺工房ジローのサンラータン麺です。辣味と酸味と正油のパンチの効いたスープ。味はやや濃いめだがかなり酸っぱ辛いので全然オッケー。透明の餡にまとわれており細麺は最後まで熱々。フーフーしながら食べれる日本人でよかった。細切りされた野菜、玉子の溶き具合も好い。半チャーハンは旨味があり過ぎ。次回は半ライスにしよう。

店主はちょっと高圧的にも感じられる接客。高齢客がフラフラ〜と入って来たら
「食券！食券！」とキッチンから言い放つざま。逆に奥方はとってもお優しい。ヨボヨボのお年寄りにも懇切丁寧に接客する慈愛に満ち溢れた様子には感心させられる。これも神秘のバランスか。サンラータン麺。味はやや濃いが酸味が効いて好い。半チャーハンは旨味があり過ぎ。次回は半ライスにしよう。

駅ビルの地下にある町中華。店を仕切るホールの店主はやや高圧的。坦々麺が人気のようです。サンラータン麺@880円。酸っぱ辛いラーメン。かなり濃い味です。酢もしっかり効いてる。大抵途中で酢を加える事が多いがこれは必要なかったほど。優しい酸辣湯麺にウンザリしてる方にはおすすめ。カレーラーメンが気になった。

いわゆる酸辣湯麺。だがジローのはひと味違う。強い酸味と辣味と醤油のパンチの効いた一杯である。ライスがあると最後まで心置きなく味わえる。私はこのメニューばかり食べるが周りでこのメニューを食べてる人をあまり見かけない。アクの強い店主、TVドラマに出てきそうな女将さん、コック二人も中々個性派。私は気に入っている。
