東戸塚駅前のビルの２階にお店はある。
店内に入るとウエイターに案内されて、靴を脱ぎ店内へ。
個室もあり、わりと広い店内のテーブル席に案内される。
時間が早いせいか、先客は、お酒を飲んでる１グループのみ。
メニューを見ながら、五目春巻き（４８０円）、やみつき青蓮餃子（３８０円）、
海の幸のあんかけ鉄鍋炒飯（９２０円）、五目あんかけヤキソバ（８６０円）
豚バラと青菜の角煮（８８０円）、ゴマ揚げ団子（３８０円）を注文！！
待つ事１０分ぐらいで、豚バラと青菜の角煮が運ばれてきた。
大きな豚バラ（４枚）の下にチンゲンサイが入っている。
肉はトロットロって程ではないが、箸で簡単に切れるぐらい柔らかい。
ちんげん菜との相性も良く、これは美味しい。
奥様に言わせると、中華チックな味（たぶん八角）がするのが、
少しお気に召さない様でした。
次に来たのが、五目あんかけヤキソバ。
麺は細麺でイカ、海老、ほたて、キャベツ、白菜、ニンジン、
ウズラの卵などが入っている。
このお店の売りは、化学調味料不使用。
油は体に優しいキャノーラ油を使用って事で、油っぽくなく、
味も濃くなく、さっぱりで美味しい！！
次は五目春巻きが登場！
皮はパリッパリ！ 中の具はトロッっとしているが、
油っぽくなく美味しい！！
春巻きを食べていると、すぐに、やみつき青蓮餃子がきた。
まっ！、この餃子も美味しいが、王将の餃子の方が美味しいかなって
言うレベルです。
海の幸のあんかけ鉄鍋炒飯が登場！
玉子チャーハンの上に、竹の子、ほたて、イカ、海老、きくらげ、きのこ等が
入ったスープが、かかっている。
薄めな味つけで、美味しいが、パンチに欠ける。
少し、醤油をかけると、美味しくたべられた。
（健康志向の中華なので、これもいいかなって感じ！）
