JR東戸塚駅西口を右手沿いに3分のビルの２Fの雰囲気の良い中華屋さん
5年前に訪れたときは、”科学調味料は使わない”だった気が・・・
今は”化学調味料控えめのさっぱり中華”がキャッチフレーズ。
今回も、グループ飲みなので、飲み放題プランで、さっぱり系三品前菜からスタート
五目春巻きは・・・薄い皮がパリパリに揚っていて、一杯目のビールに最適。
青菜の炒め物は・・・柚子胡椒？がかなり効いているが、中国湯葉が優しい味。
点心の焼売・・・中は豆腐？あっさりしていて健康的。
エビチリ・・・プリプリのエビの食感に？？？ざく切りトマトがチリソースに変化を！
選択した2品・・・チンジャオロースは普通、八宝菜は薄味過ぎかも。
あんかけチャーハン・・・あんかけは良いのだか、チャーハンの塩気が強め。
最後にデザートを頂き、完食？・・・チャーハンと八宝菜は持帰りとしました。
接客は女性、男性とも、真面目で明るく、ミスもなく・・・満点。
清潔感のある明るい店内は雰囲気も、満点。・・・カウンター席は少し暗い感じ。
CP、お酒はランチ＆飲み放題なので普通。
料理・味の味は昔の物足りない薄めの味が懐かしい気もします。
青菜炒めとチャーハンの塩加減から皆、昔と変わったと感じたようです。
変わることは、必要な時代ですので・・・。
