■良い点
ファミレスとは一線を画しておいしいステーキを食べる事が出来ます。
■悪い点
お値段が少々はるのでもう少々安ければもっと頻繁に食べに行くのですが
雰囲気は普通のファミレスと変わらないのでもう少し落ち着いた店舗であるとうれしい
■雑記
戸塚には両方とも駅から離れたところですが東海道沿いに西、東とフォルクスがあります。
神奈川県内に現在で８店舗あるようですがなぜに近場にあるのかは謎。
両方の店舗に行ったことがあるので、メニューは同じなので東店の方は店の雰囲気だけ書きます。
西店の方は、どちらかというとお店の立地の関係もあるのでしょうが普通のファミレスのような雰囲気です。メニューの作りも雑多なファミレスとは２歩程上を行った感じです。
ただ、もう少し落ち着いて食べられるとうれしいのですが。
肝心のステーキのお味です。
大抵、フィレ肉かサーロインの１５０ｇか２００ｇを頼むのですが、肉の焼き加減もちゃんと選べるようになっている（某ファミレスのようにいちおうは聞いておくという感じではなくて）。
ソースも肉のグレードにあった少し上品な味わいのソースが３つから選べます。
さすがにお値段も少し上だけあって、肉質もしっかりしています。ＵＳビーフなので和牛のように脂身も味わうという感じではなくて、赤身肉をじっくり味わえます。
セットのパン、スープ等も某ファミレスのように食べられる物をとりあえず用意しましたという物ではなくてしっかりとした物を味わえます。
ちょっとした記念日などのお食事にはよいかと思います。
