時々こちらのお店の並びにあるライフやコーナンで買い物をすることがあり、今回もそんな日でした。で、買い物の前にランチ。
フォルクスさんには久々に入店しましたが、外に面した席はパーテーションのように仕切られた造りになっているし空間的にもゆったりしているので、安心出来ますね。客層的には、平日だったせいか近隣で仕事している人かなという人もちらほら。年齢層も結構落ち着いていて、比較的静か。土日だとまたちょっと違うのかな(・・?
さて、注文したのは、ミスジカットステーキランチの１２０ｇ１８４８円。サラダバー、スープバー、焼き立てパン又はライス付き。これにプラス１６５円でランチドリンクも付けました。
まずはサラダバー、スープバーに行って、パンも取って来ます。
サラダはレタス、人参、玉葱、トマト、コーンの組み合わせにして、ドレッシングは複数あった中から青じそドレッシングにしました。何かやっぱり和のドレッシングだと軽快でイイですね。
スープは３種類ありましたが、ベタな選択でコーンポタージュを。洋食店にあるようなぽってりとしたタイプの１品。
そしてミスジカットステーキ。鉄板に乗ってジュウジュウと音を立ててやって来ます。焼き加減はミディアムレアといったところですかね。旨味が活きてるけど重くはありません。ナイフで切るのに若干ふんっ！ ふんっ‼ ってやる必要があるのはご愛嬌かな。ソースはオニオンソース。テイストがぎゅっと引き締まっていて、肉の旨さを良く引き立てています。
