毎年、冷やし坦々麺の看板が店前に出ると
そわそわします。

何度もリピートしているお店ですが

幸ち二人席が空いていたのでホッとします。

今年も始まっていると教え頂き行ってきました。
もともと人気店ですが
100名店になっていますね。

混まないうちにピーク前に行きましたが
すでにほぼ満席状態。

ランチに四川セット。やっぱり美味しいなぁ

どうかな？と通りかかったタイミングで
座れたので食べたかった四川セット。

夏の風物詩　冷やし坦々麺

暑いです。ほんと。酷暑。
世の中お盆休みだけと仕事です。
楽しみは食べること。
なんと本能で生きてることか。
昨年も頂きましたが今年も戸塚の名店こちらの坦々麺。
麻婆豆腐やら油淋鶏やら食べたいのは沢山あるけれど
こう暑いとやっぱり冷たい麺をスルスルと食べたい。
つめたーくきりっと冷やされいてもちもちっとした麺。丁寧に下ごしらえしてある野菜達と粗みじんのナッツ。辣油の辛さと香りで最後までつけ汁を飲み干したいくらい。
今年もミョウガの甘酢漬けが美味しかったなー。

夏限定冷やし坦々麺

こう暑いとお昼はどうしても冷たい麺を食べたくなります。
お店の前を通りかかった時、冷やし坦々麺のチラシを見かけて、絶対美味しいだろうと確信してました。
キチンと冷て引き締まった麺と胡麻と
カシューナッツなどのナッツが敢えてあり
トッピングの野菜の加減も良いです。
特にミョウガの酢漬けが美味しかったです。

数年ぶりにランチタイムにお邪魔しました。
相変わらずの盛況ぶり。お客さんはおひとり様女子とか、マダムコンビとか
