毎日、9:30くらいにブログを更新中。 |
開店直後の11:20にお店に到着。客は1人だけ。テーブル席に2人で座りました。2人のフロア担当の女性店員がいます。テーブルのメニューから、特製黒酢の酢豚（サラダ、お漬物、スープ、デザート、ライスor蒸しパン）1020円、四川セット（担々麺、ミニ麻婆丼、デザート）1200円、水餃子480円を注文。数分で提供されました。担々麺はマイルド、酢豚は甘めですが味付けがちょうどいい感じで心地よかった。なにより麻婆丼が絶品でした。いわゆる麻婆豆腐の味なのですが、何とも言えない美味しさのある味付けで、ご飯との相性抜群。美味しかったな～。
