☆平成27年4月9日(木)訪問
この日の勉強会後の軽い飲み会は、ラピス２の1階にあるこちらのお店で行うことになりました。
はやしやは、このビルの地下１階にある林家楼という中華料理店、はやしや酒場という立ち飲み居酒屋と同一経営と思われます。
食べログのカテゴリー分類だと中華居酒屋となっていますが、見る限りは、普通の居酒屋という感じ。よく見ると、「林家楼別館」とも書かれてはいるものの、「多国料理 彩華浪漫 はやしや」なんていう文字も見られますので、当初の林家楼の支店的な位置付けからコンセプトが変化したように思われます。
考えてみれば、戸塚は、大陸系、和製問わず大衆中華の大激戦区ですので、中華路線だけの追及では、ポートフォリオとしてリスクが大きいと思ったとしても不思議ではありません。
たまたま、この日の勉強会が、ポートフォリオ系の話題だったこともあって、そんなことをしゃべりながら当店に向かいました。
自動ドアを開けて入ると小仕切りのあるテーブル席が並んでいます。木曜ということもあってか、結構混んではいましたが、チラホラ空席もみられ、難なくテーブル席に案内されました。
いつものように生ビールで乾杯して反省会のスタート。この日のつまみは記憶している限り以下の通りです（あと２～３品はあったと思いますが、思い出せず。）。
・鶏皮パリパリ揚げ
・ポテトフライ
・豚足
・焼き餃子
・串盛り（６本）
・豚タンのピリ辛ソース
・湯葉蒸し鶏の黒酢サラダ
和洋中揃っていますが、結構ひとひねりあるメニューが多く、チェーンの居酒屋とは一線を画しています。そこは、発祥が中華レストランのこだわりでしょうか。
小一時間の短い飲み会だったこともあり、一人２０００円台で納まりました。こういう使い方をするにはつまみも美味しいしいいお店ですね。
ラピス３での３店体制がどうでるかは微妙かもしれませんが、本家の林家楼よりは、こちらの方があか抜けているように思います。未訪問のはやしや酒場もそのうち訪れてみたいと思います。
