本日のランチは戸塚区。
目的のお店に向かっていると、気になる「じ」の看板。
とっても気になったので、急遽予定を変更して、こちらにピットイン。
店名は「ふじみ」。
「ふ」は壊れていて無く、「み」は樹木に隠れて見えない。
なので「じ」。
期待が高まる渋い外観に魅了され店内に入ると、これまた渋い。
まさに昭和の食堂。
飾りっ気のないレトロな雰囲気。
壁のメニューはどれもそそるものばかり。
かつ丼や親子丼の丼物に、フライ盛り合わせ、あじといかのフライ、チキンカツなどの定食。
カレーライス、かつカレー、トルコライス、ベーコンエッグ。
肉野菜炒め、ニラレバなどの一品料理。
ラーメン、焼きそばなどの中華。
涎が。
散々迷った結果、豚肉の生姜焼き。
周りの方々はほとんど本日のランチ「かつ」を注文していらっしゃる。
「お待たせしましたー」と生姜焼き。
えっ、イメージと違う(･･;)
サラダには和風ドレッシングがかかっているものの、豚肉には…汁気がない。
箸で豚肉をとり、ライスの上でバウンドさせ、タレをライスにヒタヒタにして肉と共に頬張る…これぞ生姜焼きの醍醐味なのに(._.)
当然ながら、肉の下にあるキャベツにも全くタレがかかっておらず。
タレだけでなく、残念ながら生姜の風味も感じられなかったので、仕方なく卓上の醤油やソースで味付けして何とか完食。
本日はチョイスをミスってしまったけれど、こんな立地でありながら続々と来客があり、満席になるくらいだから、きっと美味しい料理があるはず。
雰囲気は最高なので、近くに来たらまた寄らせていただき、リベンジしたい。
