一品料理で頂きたい
■ロケーション
JR横須賀線・東戸塚駅東口より徒歩２分程度。東口を出て左。交番の前で目の前のビル３棟の最上階を仰ぎ見ましょう。その一番線路寄りがこちらのお店です。変な紹介の仕方ですが、駅ちかなのに・・・そのくらい変な場所にあるビルに入っているのです。
余談ですけどね。まさか線路とタバコ屋のビルの間にビル建てるとは思わなかったわ。ありゃ路地だろ。
■外観
ビルの五階です。赤い看板が目印です。
■料理
何度かお邪魔いているのですが、今回は
・餃子(300円)
不思議な餃子でして、皮をちぎったときはジューシーさは然程感じないのですが、口の中に入れるとジューシーになります。こちらの餃子 なかなかいい感じ。
・ピータン(380円)
まあこちらは素材そのまんまですから。白ネギと合わさってアテにはよかったです。
以上２品と一番絞り生ビール(450円)でチョイ飲みました。ただお通しが400円程度取られるので飲んじゃうとCPどうかな。
〆に重慶たんたんめん(780円)を頼みましたけど、コメント控えるっていう感じです。多分、夜は客数的にスープを加熱してらんないのでしょう。なので一品料理でお楽しみというのがいいと思います。
■店内雰囲気など
黒と赤を基調とした内装で落ち着きがある雰囲気です。ただ如何せん客数が少ないと寂しさが増します。週末とかだと入ってるんでしょうけどね。店内にテレビはありません。
先客さんは概ねグループ飲みで、食べ放題・飲み放題をオーダーされていますね。
最後に、店員さんは中国語でやり取りされていますので日本人厨房ではなさそうです。

レビュー２回目なので(実際には既に何度か行っている)簡単に。
まーた飲めなくなりそうなので相方と昼飲みに出かけました。ここの餃子は美味いのは分かっていたので、ほぼ餃子一点集中で後はビール。
餃子５個300円。ジューシーな餃子にありがちな皮をやぶったら肉汁がドバ～っという感じでは・・・ないんです。口に含んで餡を食べていると肉汁たっぷりになるんです。これ最高。
皮やぶってすぐ出てくる肉汁？はなんかチープでね。
まあこれだけだと飽きちゃうので他も数点。あとビールは若干安いが量も相応に少な目かな。
まあ、そんなことより餃子ね餃子。
