グルメ番組の焼肉を見ていて無性に食べたくなり、久しぶりの焼肉。
本当に久しぶりで多分1年半ぶりくらいではないかな？
以前よく行っていたお店が閉店し、その後他のお店を何軒か行ってみたが、どこも満足いかなかった。
今回は食べログで戸塚周辺では最も高い、おくうさんに初訪問してみる。
トツカーナの上にあるが、トツカーナの4階より上って中々来ない。
外観はまぁまぁいい雰囲気のお店。
店内奥の方のテーブルに座る。
奥さんと二人なのでそんなに食べないし、初めてなのでまずは様子見というか実力の程を確認させて頂く。
注文したお肉は、国産タン、国産サガリ、和牛カルビ。
それと、キムチとごはん。後でチョレギサラダとコムタンスープを追加した。
和牛カルビは、脂の甘味と肉の旨味が丁度いい。
焼くことで溶け出した旨味が本当に美味しく、流石いつも食べていた安い焼肉屋さんより格段に美味しいさと感じる。
タンは少し厚みがありプリッとした弾力があるが、タンらしい味は弱かったように思う。
サガリは逆に薄めで、すぐに焼けるのは良いが、噛みしめたときに出てくるサガリの味もの足りないと感じたので、そこは残念かな。
チョレギサラダは、ゴマダレが濃く、しょうゆと砂糖が強い。
コムタンスープは、大きな骨付き肉がドンとあり、卵の風味とコクのあるスープでおいしいが、欲を言えばコショウがもっと効いているとメリハリがあって更に美味しくなりそうだ。
トータル的に一人3500.円とするとこんなものかもしれないが、期待値からすると下だった。
また、敢えて言えば、店員さんがお皿を下げに来た時に、自分で取れる皿を客に取らせたのにも、お店のレベルが伺い知れるなと思う瞬間だった。
