油、固さ、濃さを食券買う時に設定
店員さんも女性ばかりで、茅ケ崎家みたいな感じか…外した( ´ཫ`)と思いつつ、着丼待ち(憂鬱)
？！あれ、麺がちゃんと、家系ラーメン
スープもちゃんと家系ラーメン
なかなか、いい意味で裏切られました。
半径5キロ以内の家系ラーメンでは、藤澤家の次に美味い家系ラーメンなので、たぶん、3ヶ月に1回くらいのペース(微妙に生活圏じゃないので)で行きそうな感じ。
結論、値段は普通、家系ラーメンと名乗って良いレベルの家系ラーメン、まあ行く。
