この日は休肝日。ということで戸塚で晩飯を食べて帰ることに。
晩飯自体は、お好み焼 大成で五目天を堪能。
そのまますんなり帰ればいいのですが、そうは問屋が卸さないのが食べロガー。
で、やってきたのがこちらのダイニングバー。
場所は、戸塚駅東口の柏尾川を渡ってすぐくらいのところ。
実は先日から何度かトライしたのですが、開店時間に開店しなかったり、
貸切営業が続いたりしていて、なかなか入れなかったバー。
そういう背景も有ったので休肝日ではあるもののやっと営業しているのを
見かけたので、ためらわずに入店です。
ドアを開けると想像よりもこじんまりとした店内が。
カウンターが6席に、テーブルが4卓ほどです。
私はカウンターの手前に座ることに。
そしてこれまた想像以上に照明が暗めでした。
しまった。デジカメの機能を復習してないや（爆）
ここまで暗いとオートだとさすがに厳しそうだったので。
卓上のメニューをパラパラとめくりながら、マスターにノンアルコールカクテルは
ありますかと尋ねてみます。
どうやらグランドメニューには無さそうですが、好みを伝えれば作ってくれると。
ということで、あまり甘く無くて、柑橘系で、炭酸の効いたカクテルで
お願いしてみました。
分かりました！と快く作ってくれます。
店内はマスターと女性が1名の計2名で切り盛り。
マスターはハットをかぶっており、ちょいとアメリカンパブな雰囲気があります。
BGMは、ダンス系、ヒップホップ系、洋楽女性ボーカルものなどが流れていました。
出来上がったのは以下になります。
・日向夏のカクテル
日向夏と炭酸水のカクテルです。ほのかに紅茶のようなフレーバーも感じました。
もう少し日向夏が効いていた方が好みでしたね。
続いてはより具体的に、モスコミュールのようなノンアルコールをお願いしました。
・ノンアルコールモスコミュール
これは旨い！ジンジャーの辛味が効いていて。
伺うとちゃんと生の生姜を使っているとのこと。
これは正解でしたね。ということはモスコミュールはもっと旨いはず。
ここに来たらモスコミュールは頼まないといかんなあ。
おそらくそれを飲めば3.5ポイント以上付けるかも。
ある意味、アルコール無しでバーにいるのも拷問なのでこのくらいに。
これで〆て1200円でした。予想より安めでしたね（＾＾）
1時間に満たない程度の短い時間でしたが、マスターとも
いろいろ会話させていただきましたし。
休肝日なのにバーに来ちゃったあ(T▽T)ノ＿彡☆ばんばん！ とかね！
