よく通る道なのにビルの一番奥にあるこのお店の
存在にはなかなか気がつけませんでした。
ふと、酵素玄米弁当の看板を見つけて
よく見るとスモークマシーン。
おぉ。カッコ良い。
この日はスモークチーズを購入してみました。
スモークの香り主張します。ハードなチーズ。
ワインによく合いました。
次は酵素玄米弁当を購入しようと前日予約。
そもそも酵素玄米って？
調べてみると
酵素玄米（寝かせる玄米）は、玄米と小豆の中に天然塩を入れて炊いて3日保温した状態のご飯のこと。
見た目はお赤飯のよう。
もちもちとしていて、とっても食べやすい。
おかずはスモークされたハムが数種類
そして野菜の種類の豊富なこと。
どれも素材を生かし過剰な味付けはされてません。
お味噌汁も具材たっぷり。白味噌に麹が加えてあるのかな。とっても優しいお味噌汁。
ナチュラルで素敵なお弁当でした。
店内飲食もメニューはちょっとしたビストロのようで
これは店内にもお邪魔しないと。
穴場のお店でした。スタッフもとても感じがよいです。
