今回は、お酒を持ち込んでの宴会だったので、通常利用外となりました。
2016.11 初訪問
気の置けない仲間内の会合。
交渉の結果。お店のご好意により、お酒を持ち寄っての宴会になったよう。
そこにオイラも誘っていただいた。
まず供されたのが、雲丹のせ近江牛刺し。
か〜、こってりの脂の上に、こってりした旨み。
よくこんなの、考えつくね。
旨し‼️
これはビールでさっぱり流すのが良さそう。
宴会が始まり、様々な酒で近江牛をいただく。
サラダ。海老たっぷり。
ビーフカレーで、トーストをいただく。
お洒落なレイアウト。旨し‼️
近江牛のベーコンをチーズといただく。
イイネ。
来ましたよ、今日のメイン。
近江牛のステーキ。
塩でも、おろしニンニクでも、山葵でも旨し‼️
いやぁ、近江牛って美味しいね。
最後は、酢漬け、生ハム、チーズ、サラミと、酒のアテに良いものが来る。
ここからは、呑みながら、延々おしゃべりタイムだ。
あ〜楽しかった。
ごちそうさま。
でも、ここアクセス悪いんだよな。
駅まで遠いので、呑まない方に送っていただいた。
