ここは連れて行ってもらい、ランチをご馳走になりました。
頂いたのは、
近江牛スライスステーキランチ
スライスされたステーキって、肉汁はどうなんだ？と申し訳ないですが、半信半疑でした。ステーキといえば塊！！みたいな固定観念があります。
ソースはつけずそのまま熱いうちに食べてみると、ほとばしる肉汁！！えっ、この厚みのどこに？と思うくらいに広がりました。そして、甘く感じました。
ごはんも硬めに炊き上げられており、噛んでいくと甘くなっていく上質なもの。
お味噌汁、ソース、香の物も隙が無く、ごはんのおかわりをしましたが、あっという間に終了しておりました。
美味しいお肉をリーズナブルに頂くのには素晴らしいお店だと思います。
