炊き込みご飯だそうです。
入店すると、現地っぽい日本語がお上手な
スタッフがビリヤニについて
熱く語って下さいました。
要約すると、ビリヤニとはパエリアのように
大量に調理する料理のようで
結婚式などの大勢の集まりに調理される料理。
なるほど、あまり日本に定着していないのは
そんな理由もありそうです。
こちらは個別に対応できるよう
土鍋を用いてビリヤニを調理と工夫されてます。

土鍋なので当たり前なのですが
あっつあつ。うん。スパイシー。
ちと、辛め。でもこれが良い。
添えられてるヨーグルトソースを
和えて食すとこれまた旨し。
不思議なオリエンタル
食べたことない感覚なのですが
クセになりそう。

ルーもあっつあつで提供されます。
焼きたてのナンもよい焼き加減で
美味しかったです。
