ビリヤニを土鍋で蒸して出すお店があると知り、ランチで11時の開店に合わせて訪問。ランチのビリヤニは、チキン、エッグ、ベジタブルの3種類から選べる。私はチキンビリヤニ（辛口）、追加でラッシー（120円）、タンドリーチキン（1P250円）を注文。
注文してしばらくしてサーブされたのは日本の1人用土鍋。土鍋の中にはバスマティライス、ソース、チキンと何層かに分かれて蒸されていて、蓋を開けた瞬間にいい香りが広がる。
チキンはモモ肉1/2枚くらいは使っているのかゴロゴロと大きなサイズのものが入ってボリュームがあるうえ、土鍋で蒸されているのでパサついておらずとても美味しい。
提供時間を考えると、おそらく元々ライス、具は別で味付け調理しておき、それを土鍋に層状に入れて最後に蒸して提供しているものと思われる。
タンドリーチキンもパサツキもなく味もよく染み込んだ美味しいものでランチとセットで注文するのが良いだろう。
接客も丁寧で気持ちの良いものであった。このエリアで美味しいビリヤニを手頃な値段で食べられる貴重なお店なのでまた訪問したい。
できれば＋100円などでマトンビリヤニを選べるようになっていると嬉しい。
