米を食べたい気分でしたので、ビリヤニに行ってみましょう。
土曜、11:30くらい、先客1名のみで、席は余裕な感じです。
ランチのビリヤニはチキン、エッグ、野菜と選べますが、この中だとチキンを選んでしまいますね。
サラダが早々に到着。盛りは軽め。インネパ系いつものオレンジ色ドレッシング。
その後10分くらいでしょうか、少し待って土鍋が到着。ライタも。土鍋は開けると盛り盛りの状態。かなりの量。
バスマティライスは数多くのスパイスと炊かれ香り高いです。カレーのようなものも一緒に炊かれていて、ライタ含めて混ぜていくのが美味しいですね。
チキンもこれでもかというくらい入ってます。タンドリーチキンよりはあっさりした味。
土鍋なので下におこげっぽさがあるのもいいですね。
美味しいビリヤニを横浜で食べたいときのオススメです！
