Lunch while shopping locally. This time, I visited Seiren, which is located in the restaurant area on the 7th floor of Totsuka Modi. By the way, I visit this restaurant from time to time, but this is my first review (^^ゞ Maybe it's because the cuisine is of a different genre, but even though it's in a commercial facility, the customer base is calm and the atmosphere is nice, so I come here. Because it's easy to eat.I ordered a set of Seafood with seafood Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) (I asked for soft noodles).1280 yen.Comes with salad and soup.As for alcohol, beer is probably the best choice for Chinese Cuisine. A bottle of Aoshima Beer costs 580 yen. It was served quite quickly, probably because it was just after opening time and there weren't that many customers yet. It might be the fastest (^^; Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) is hearty with plenty of toppings. How about Seafood? Shrimp, scallops.The salty-based sauce is rich and has a rich, thick taste.I thought about adding mustard, but I wanted to enjoy the sauce so I decided not to change the taste. The salad is mainly lettuce and daikon radish, topped with a light soy sauce-flavored dressing.The soup is corn soup.It's thick, but not heavy, and has a clear flavor.Thank you for the meal (^^)
