初めて戸塚に行くことがあり、ラーメンを探してこちらのお店に♂️
日中はラーメン屋
夜は居酒屋＆ラーメン屋のお店とのこと。
なぜ選んだかというと
ラーメンがめっちゃ美味そうだったから
はまぐりの出汁のラーメンなんです
まずはビールとおつまみ3種盛りをオーダー
ビールはグラスからキンキンに冷えており旨い。
おつまみ3種盛りはそれぞれが一工夫されていて美味しかったぁ！
あじ玉には削り粉が。ネギチャには和からしが隠し味に入ってました。
ホルモン炒めはプリプリのホルモンとゴロゴロあるキャベツ。熱々の鉄板で提供されてめっちゃビールに合います
はまぐり出汁巻き玉子
旨い！の一言です。
これはぜひ食べてもらいたい一品です。
そして〆のラーメン
はまぐり中華そば
オススメの醤油でいただきました。
スープがめっちゃ旨い
麺は自家製麺でコシもあり喉越しも良い。
旨いビールに旨いあて
〆にめっちゃ旨いラーメン
最高のお店でした。
