バイク好きな店主が作り出すのはハマグリ出汁のラーメン。
どういう意図かは私にゃ分からない（説明等無かったので）けれど
具は別皿で提供されます。
つまりは・・・まずは素ラーメンからやってつかぁさい！ってことよね！？
自慢のスープと麵のみから味わってくれということでしょう。
こういう時に何も考えない人ではありたくないねー（あくまで個人的によ）。
ハイハイどーもって受け取ってどんどん具を入れちゃうみたいな。
少しは思案できる人でありたい。
本当はね、ハマグリ+松茸のラーメンが食べたかったんだけど、やっていなかったわよ。
まあいいですけど。
んでハマグリラーメンは、それはそれはハッキリとハマグリの出汁と分かるソレ。
厨房に置いてあったハマグリのむき身（大量）がそりゃそうでしょうと頷かせる。
あんなに使うのね―。
別皿の具にも麺の上にもハマグリの姿は見当たらないんだけど
実はどんぶりの底に隠れています。ニクイ演出。
一緒に頼んだ半チャーハンもさっぱりテイストで美味しいです。
レタスが入っているのでさっぱりなのね。
胡椒が変に効いていないのもいい感じだと思う。
店内はレトロ調に仕上げてありまして、その中でバイク関連の装飾が多め。
特にＫＡＷＡＳＡＫＩがお好みの模様。旧車すきなのかなー？
