戸塚駅西口。ランチはご飯ものにしようと目星をつけた2店、たねやとカレーのボンベイがなんと臨時休業。花木蘭は3人待っている。
それでは優しいラーメンにしようと、幾つかのラーメン名店を通り過ぎて奥にあるふくろうに行くことにしました。久しぶりです。ここは中休みをとるので、時間帯が合わないことが多くてなかなか入れないのです。今日がチャンス。
店内は相変わらず独特のキッチュな雰囲気。昭和の看板や雑貨、それにコミック本が並ぶ。雑然としていますが好きです、こういうの。
今日ははまぐり×煮干しの醤油を選択。
980円なり。前回は確か、追いはまぐり中華そばだった。
追いはまぐりに比べるとハマグリ出汁は強くはないが、それでも風味はある。スープには蛤のむき身がいくつか沈んでいました。
ネギは白身が刻んであり、色合いのためか貝割れとナルトがのっている。チャーシューの焼き具合も程よくいい感じ。美味しいです。
テーブルに調味料は置いてないです。つまり、私の好きな胡椒がない。やっぱり胡椒は欲しかったですね。
ここでしっかりとはまぐりラーメンを食べたければやはり追いはまぐり中華そばの方をお薦めします。はまぐりをじっくり味わえますのでね。
